Passionflower is a variety of exotic vine flowers with curly purple or blue tentacle-like petals.

Passionflower is a bitter, sedative, cooling herb​​​​​​​ that grows throughout South America and some parts of the southern United States. It is part of the Passiflora family, which also includes passion fruit.

In herbal medicine, passionflower's aerial parts have long been used to treat certain health conditions.
