Mountain Pearls

Mountain Pearls an exquisite tea from the Chinese province of Fujian. Similar in style to Tie Guan Yin but a slightly lighter roll and brighter cup. The tea has a light roll during processing which gives it an open leaf appearance. The end result is a bright golden liquor with a lovely fragrant taste. 

As with all oolong teas, it is renowned for its health properties.

Brewing time: Use freshly drawn water at 90C ~ 95C for 3 to 4 minutes.
