HOW TO BREW
We recommend to to serve Yellow Tea in a tall glass.
The tall glass is often used for serving exclusive Chinese green or yellow tea.
Use about 2 grams of tea leaves (1-2 teaspoons) for every 150ml of water.
Steep tea leaves in hot water at 70 degrees C (158 degree F) to 80 degree C (176 degree F) for 1 minute for the first and second brewing.
Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewings.
